The program has been divided into three parts. We meet you where you are at every step of the way.
Expecting mothers begin the program three to four months before the start of their scheduled maternity leave. The majority of the program lives in module 1.. Participants will learn coaching and leadership fundamentals that support their personal and professional development.
This Module covers:

In this module participants are guided through fourteen individual lessons filled with helpful videos, exercises, tools, and leadership tenets that aid the mom-to-be in creating the best maternity leave experience possible for her. Additionally this module helps set up employers, team, and replacements to win during her time away from the office, increasing efficiency and improving communication.
